Here we go again!

I can't believe it has been almost a year since I posted last. What a procrastinator I am huh. Well nothing new has happened really since the last time I posted. I had a few health problems, But I am slowly getting better. I have my good and bad days still, but who am I to complain?

I had my Gall Bladder taken out 3 weeks ago, and a scope 2 weeks ago. I have a little pain still in my chest and stomach, but the doctor said it will take a while for the medicine to really take effect. While the pain and being sick has been NO FUN, I have lost 21 pounds since being sick!

We have had a few GREAT vacations within the past few months, thanks to friends and family. We were fortunate enough to have made a trip to California/Nevada for 12 days in March/April and to Lake Havasu for 4 days this past week, to pick up a friend. It has been nice to be able to get away.

I will post pictures of both trips soon.

Day 5

Apparently he wasn't cold lol He has like 5 towels in there with him and this is how he lays. :D

Sleeping under the covers, just like mama. Actually, I was worried he would get cold all alone lol


And this sweet little sleepy bear is our Oreo bug. He is the 1st or 4th of the litter of 6 pups. I know, I know, I am a bad mom. We saved him for my nephews and sister. My 3 year old nephew said "Anjie, I yike him, he looks like a cookie" (He is all black with white toes and a white stripe on his chest, like an oreo cookie), So we named him Oreo aka Odie-oh (that is how Tamaurus says it). He was lonely the first night all by himself, but he is obviously getting the hang of things now. He is so calm, docile and sweet. We love him LOTS.

Day 4

Here is a picture of my Fur baby! Her name is Koda, and she is the best mommy ever. She had a littler of 6 pups on June 9th, and we got rid of all but 1 this week. She loves baby Oreo (my sisters dog) and she is great with him. Koda turned 3 years old on May 3rd. We love her with all our hearts. I mean come on, how can you not love this face.

Day 3

I took this picture last night using my black and white feature. It is of the train tracks right out front of my house. I love tracks and I think they have something soothing about them, unless a train is on them of course :D Enjoy

Day 2

Ok, lets see if this works. I took this picture on my way home from church on Sunday. I took it using my "red" feature on my camera. I think it came out very pretty. Hope it works.
